We will be holding a series of six group-based workshops where we will be asking for your feedback on a school-based body image programme called ‘The Body Project’. The workshops will last approximately 2 hours, and you will be remunerated for your time with gift vouchers (£25 p/h).
We would like to invite you to participate in the study if you are:
• Autistic women/non-binary folks (diagnosed or self-diagnosed
• At least 18 years old
• You have previously had an eating disorder (but don’t currently have an active eating disorder)
The workshops (or interviews) will take place online on Zoom. These workshops (or interviews) will take place throughout June and the start of July. The workshop dates are as follows:
Workshop #1 – Friday 6th June, 11am-1pm
Workshop #2 – Friday 13th June, 11am-1pm
Workshop #3 – Friday 20th June, 11am-1pm
Workshop #4 – Friday 27th June, 11am-1pm
Workshop #5 – Friday 4th July, 11am-1pm.
In addition, we will be running a final workshop where we invite wider stakeholders to share our findings:
(Final) Workshop #6 – Friday 18th July, 11am-1pm
